Nutrition - Initial Consult & Health Assessment

Included as part of our Phase I of nutrition coaching. This 60-90 minute consultation is the start to our Lah Nutrition Coaching Program.

Challenge Accountability Meeting

Challenge Accountability Meeting. This meeting will be 20-30min long and is designed to go over your Goals and Progress during the Challenge and into the future. We'll discuss any specific questions you might have and lay a road map for continuing to achieve success in your Health and Fitness journey.
Please come prepared with questions you have for us and if there's anything specific that you'd like to talk about. This meeting is about helping YOU to get where you want to go.

Private Training - Skill Session

A 30-minute session to work on a specific CrossFit skill with one of our qualified coaches. These sessions will be tailor suited to the athlete’s current ability and we’ll provide specific coaching and advice on how to progress. Example options would include Double Unders, Snatches, Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, etc.
(Just keep in mind that the higher the level of the skill, the more base strength/mobility/ability you’ll need to have to learn it. We’re not going to be able to teach you how to get a muscle-up if you don’t yet have a pull-up, but we can layout a plan for you to get there.)
